單流向式潮汐發電機，適用于江河海流中水面使用本潮汐發電機系列，如分體潛水船隻一樣，可潛浮於水中上下，選適合流速的江河海流域停泊固位，即可運作，無論江河海流中，水面或水底亦可發電，機組是直接利用水流動力作用發電，構造簡單故成本低，但非常有效益，並可組成大型發電廠場，可依附順自然環境，避航道、選流勢定位即可運作，永用不竭的潮汐能即可轉化為電能。本潮汐能發電機以拍帆式輪迴旋轉動力匯集轉化為電能，機組型式可分四款，如水面單流向式及雙流向式，水底單流向式及雙流向式，機組具潛浮裝置供潛浮，其形如分體潛水船一樣，可按四式功能分置，潛浮於水中上下運作發電。發電機可製成獨立小型依附式，安置在船艇上發電以供船艇使用。而亦可製造成數千噸，至數萬噸級動力發電機組，供給地區使用。只須將分體船型發電機組，選適合流速的江河海流域錨泊，既可製造成小型流動發電站，亦可連環式組成千萬瓩以上的大型發電廠場，無須改自然環境，既無汚染亦無礙生態，而潮汐能量永用不竭，是地球給與人類無盡的動力能源和巨大財富。
