In our daily life, the conventional barbecues which we use are usually big and heavy. Most of them are not portable. Even though we cook the meat on a metal net which is put on top of the barbecue, the meat is easily burnt over the charcoal fire. It is harmful to our health. Therefore, I design a “Composed Barbecue” that the above problems can be solved.

This composed barbecue is light and portable. It’s weight is about 2.2 kg. The size of this barbecue is 45cm(L) x 15cm(W) x 23cm(H). When it is not in use, all the parts can be assembled as Figure 1 with size 45cm(L) x 15cm(W) x 3cm(H). Two or more barbecues can be joined together as Figure 2 by using different provided clips. The combination is flexible that depends on the number of users.

This barbecue is easily assembled. No need to use any tools, just fit all parts and the provided clips accordingly. Besides for outdoor entertainment, this barbecue can also be used as a survival aid.
The size, the height and the thermal efficiency of the barbecue have been ameliorated thus the fresh meat which is held together by bamboo or metal skewers can be cooked faster by using less charcoal. This fulfils our sense of conservation to our environment.

In order to lighten the weight of this barbecue and ensure high thermal efficiency, many holes have been punched on the metal plates. This will reduce the sturdiness of the metal plates which may be deformed under high temperature. Therefore, different strengthening effects have been added. For mass production, about 10 moulds should be made. The material of each barbecue is about 80cm x 60cm x 1mm stainless steel or galvanized iron. The cost of production is not high that depends on the production districts. Each part of the barbecue can be sold individually. This will encourage the continuous use of the barbecues by the consumers and will provide a long-term profit.

傳統的用义串着食物燒烤，既危險又費力，常因燒焦而浪費食物，更因接觸生熟肉而做成交叉感染，吃了影響健康。用組合串燒爐以竹籤或鋼籤烤熟食物後，毋須用工具（如膠义、膠碟等）便可進食，環保衛生。
要減少用炭和快熟，烤爐的大小、高度和通風都作了精密設計。每件組件都需要在適當的位置進行強化才不致因高溫而變形。
串燒爐輕巧，方便携帶，全套重2.2kg，非使用狀態時長45cm，濶15cm，高3cm。易裝嵌，毋須工具，用插槽方法互相緊扣即成。在人多使用時，可用「單邊或雙邊組合連接扣」將多個串燒爐隨意組合，十分方便。
