According to recent media reports：scientists have not yet found out the formation process of Tornado and Typhoon .They openly admitted that this is still a mystery. If they have not found out the procedure of their formation, they certainly must not have method to prevent the formation of these natural disasters.

This invention has been developed in depth and complex process of Tornado and Typhoon’s formation and come up with a number of new theories, including the center area of a piece of cloud is the hottest part. This invention has developed a cost-effective, simple and safe ways to prevent the formation of those natural disasters.

Green house gases make the Earth more and more warming up, more warming can evaporate more water and produce more cloud. Warming can also make a piece of cloud hotter、its size bigger、its density and thickness so much increased before it become a thunder storm, this sort of storm will create flooding. Large amount of cloud create extreme Low atmospheric pressure, the Tornados and Typhoons are formed within extreme low atmospheric pressure.

This invention have proved that the warming of the earth will increase the earth’s cloud and heat , but too much cloud and heat increased will unevenly distribute rain fall, which will lead to more local floods, local drought and desert expansion etc..

This invention also proved that, more clouds 、more arid areas and desert will speed up the global warming process . Global warming will result in more and more serious natural disasters.

本發明深入地研究出了以上天災極複雜的成因和其形成的過程，研究出了一些全新理論,包括雲層的中心位置是最熱的理論,並研究出了一個合乎經濟原則、簡單和安全的方法阻止上述天災形成。

由污染氣體形成的溫室效應使地球越來越暖化,暖化能蒸發更多雲。暖化亦能使一幅雲的溫度、幅度、密度和厚度不尋常地增加。雲是形成低大氣壓的主要元素,上述天災都是在多熱雲而形成的極低大氣壓中產生。

本發明認為暖化之後的地球的雲量和熱量必增多,雲量和熱量增多反而會使雨水不平均地分佈落下,這會使地球出現局部特大水災、局部乾旱、沙漠擴大和亦會使地球氣候出現極冷和極熱情況。

本發明亦認為熱雲多、乾旱區和沙漠區擴大等等是近年地球暖化的速度較現有的專家們所預期的更快的原因。地球暖化的速度越快就會產生越多和越嚴重的天災。
