Using coal and oil to generate electricity will create greenhouse gases which will lead to global warming. Global warming will increase cloud and heat, which will certainly increase more and more serious catastrophic weather.

The theory of this invention is based on the forming of a tornado plus other new theories and design. The high-speed rotating cloud column of a tornado is equal to a high density pipe, the top end of the pipe is at the top of many thousand meters thick cloud , so that ,the pipe is like a very long pipe connecting the low air pressure at high altitude and the high pressure at low altitude, this will create a very strong suction power.

This invention is to develop an artificial and specific pipe , its density is much higher than the cloud column. This pipe is laid from bottom to the top of a high mountain , it can turn round、turn up-ward and down-ward according to the Land-shape of the mountain, a large amount of wind turbine generators can be installed inside the specific pipe.

This invention does not require any fuel and does not create any pollution, while it is in operation, it can also suck away and filter polluted waste hot air which can lead to global warming. This invention works in all-weather and round-the-clock, it is simple to construct and easy to maintenance. A large system can produce large amount of electricity.

本發明是利用龍捲風形成的原理加上其它全新的理論而研發, 用人工依山勢和地勢鋪設一條可上下左右轉彎、永久性和密度較龍捲風的高速旋轉雲柱更大的管身密封管道，代替龍捲風短暫和天然形成的高密度雲柱，可在特別設計的管道內裝上大量和大型的風力發電機。此發明無需任何燃料且不會製造污染, 還可在發電的同時吸走或過濾能引至地球暖化的熱廢氣。

本發明無需任何燃料運作, 其建設簡單、維修保養容易、能全天候二十四小時不停地產生穩定的電量, 一套大型系統的產電量非常大。它本身不但不會製造污染, 並能在發電的同時吸走或過濾工廠、隧道或礦洞等等的熱廢氣, 可說是化害為利, 一舉兩得。
