Rights of Members :

• participate general meeting.
• the right of vote and be voted.
• the right of giving suggestion to the Association affairs.
• the right to move and vote in the meeting.
• the privileges of participating all the activities organised by the Association.
• free admission to all facilities provided by the Association such as publication and database.
• the privileges to sell the inventions and search business partners on patent through the lists of manufacturers and agents.
• the right of using all the services offered by the Association.
• the privileges of participating international invention exhibitions.
• free consultation on the application of patents.
• purchase discount on the underlined products which offered by other parties to the Association.
• the privileges to exhibit the inventions and designs in all the exhibitions and seminars organised by the Association.
• each member can possess a membership card.

Obligations of Members :

• obey and execute all the regulations and votes.
• pay membership fee on time, and attach importance to all the circulars / information provided by the Association.
• provide and exchange information, expertise and experience of inventions.
• introduce and encourage interest parties to join the Association as the members.
• be volunteer of the working committee of all activities.

• 會議中有動議權及表決權。
• 可以參與本會各種學術講座及擔任專題研討會之主持工作。
• 免費閱讀本會購買之發明設計圖書資料。
• 一切有關發明專利或產品設計等之出讓及承讓，本會會員享有優先權。
• 有權享用本會各種廉價服務，包括申請專利、改良設計、推薦與海內外工商企業人士交流合作、維護專利權益、提供專業人員及職位服務。
• 參加國際發明展覽，會員享有優先權。
• 可得到指導向政府申請專利資助的程序。
• 可以分享由本會爭取得來之各種購物優待，包括刊物、器材、產品及其他。
• 由本會舉辦之各種發明或設計比賽，會員享有各種優先權。
• 會員依章辦理入會手續經審核後，可獲發會員証。

會員的義務：

• 遵守會章，並服從一切決議案。
• 依章如期繳交會費及重視會務通告。
• 提供及交流發明知識與經驗。
• 鼓勵及介紹熱心發明、設計人士加入本會。
• 協助本會舉辦之一切活動。
