The Board of Directors is the decision making body of the Association. Council members meet regularly ( about once a month presently ) to ensure that the Association is being run properly and that guidelines and policies are being adhered to. Election and Inaugural Ceremony of the 3rd Board of Directors have been held on 23 May and 20 November 2010 respectively.

理事會是本協會的決議機構，理事會成員定期舉行會議 (大概每月一次) ，以確保本會能按指引及政策正常運作。第三屆理事會的選舉及就職典禮分別於2010年5月23日及11月20日舉行。
