The Kick-off Ceremony of the invention competition jointly organized by Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK), Occupational Safety & Health Council (OSHC) and Hong Kong Invention Association (HKIA) had been held on 21 May 2011 at Citywalk, Tsuen Wan.
Mrs. Erika HUI (Deputy Commissioner of the Labour Department of HKSAR), Mr. LEE Kai Ming (Chairman of OSHC), Mr. CHEUNG King Fung (Chairman of HKIA) and Mr. Philip CHOW (Head of Chinese Programme Service of RTHK) officiated the Kick-off Ceremony.
This invention competition is divided into three divisions : primary students, secondary students and open. The Judging Panel includes representatives from OSHC, TeenPower of RTHK, HKIA and the OSH Ambassadors. Deadline of entry is by 12 December 2011 and the award ceremony will take place in February 2012.

啟 動 禮
由香港電台第二台 Teen Power、職業安全健康局 (職安局) 及香港發明協會合辦的「職安Power全起動 2011─創意小發明比賽」啟動禮已於五月二十一日假荃新天地舉行。
主禮嘉賓包括勞工處副處長許林燕明、職安局主席李啟明、香港發明協會主席張景豐及香港電台中文台台長周偉材等。
「創意小發明比賽」設有小學組、中學組及公開組，歡迎大眾以個人或團隊名義參加。評審團包括 : 職業安全健康局代表、香港電台TeenPower代表、香港發明協會代表及本年度「職安健大使」。比賽報名截止日期為本年十二月十二日，而頒獎禮將於明年二月舉行。
