- Annual Gathering and Celebration of 14-year HKIA Establishment was held
on 21 March 2010 at Lung Wah Imperial Restaurant (Tuen Mun). Grateful for
the generous donation from our members and guests. Special thanks to Mr.
Lam Kwong Yung (our professional member) who has sponsored all the expenses

( please replace [at] by @ when e-mail ). - I would like to notify our members of the following exibitions :
1. “China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair”
will be held on 14 - 17 May 2010. Application deadline is 15 April ( This
has been announced in Newsletter-February ).2. “Asian Young Inventors Exhibition” (AYIE) will be held from
14 – 16 May 2010 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre of Malaysia to showcase
and promote creativity and inventions by young inventors aged 20 years and
below. 10 complimentary booths will be offered.3. “China Cross-Straits Technology & Project Fair” (Fujian)
will be held from 17 – 20 June with 8 complimentary booths. Deadline of
application is 20 April. - “Environmental Protection & Friendly Business Award” organized
by North District Junior Chamber is inviting application from 24 April to
19 June. - “China Invention & Patent” Magazine offers concession fee
RMB8000 for posting invention materials onto the magazine. - Reunion of the new committee members will be held. We will notify the
details soon.

(一) 本會於3月21日在新界屯門龍華酒家舉辦慶祝 14周年聯歡會，承蒙各會員、顧問、各界友好人士、家長及學生會員熱情參加交流聯歡；並蒙會員林光湧先生免費招待全部費用和各位熱心人士捐贈，令人感激，謹此致謝！
(二) 本會網頁現在已有50多位會員的中英文資料在國際間交流，祈望對於會員的發明創作有機會被人賞識作出貢獻，同時亦盼望未及上網的會員迅速將有關資料提交本會整理安排上網。此外，自
7 月 1 日開始，本會電郵將用新的 e-mail郵箱：info@hkinventors.org 請留意。
(三) 本會近承有關單位邀請參加下列發明展機會如下，請注意報名截止日期：
(1) 深圳國際文化產業博覽交易會訂於 2010 / 5 / 14-17 舉辦第二屆個人創意成果展，有意參加者請儘快於 4 月 15 日前報名，一經審查通過，可獲優待免費參展。(本會已於
2 月 11 日重要會訊報告)
(2) 馬來西亞發明協會訂於 5 月 14 至 16 日舉辦發明展，並提供 10 位年齡在 20 歲以下學生優待免費參展名額予本會 (旅費自理)，目前已有
6 位報名參加，有意者請速報名。
(3) 福建省發明協會和全國總工會等單位主辦的《海峽兩岸成果交易會》訂於 6 月 17-20 日在福州舉辦並提供8個免費參展位及招待膳宿，機會難得，有意者請早報名，待當局甄選後決定名額，報名截止
4 月 20 日。
(四) 香港北區青年訂於 2010 / 4 / 24 舉辦《環保友道企業大賞比賽》開幕禮及講座，六月下旬至七月進行評審，八月初進行比賽頒獎。邀請本會會員參加比賽，
(本會林光湧先生曾參加 2009 年大賞比賽獲選)，期望對環保有貢獻的會員積極參加，大賞比賽活動報名自 4 月 24 日至 6 月 19 日截止。
(五) 由北京國家知識產權局主管和中國發明協會、知識產權出版社主 辦的《中國發明與專利》月刊，內容豐富暢銷各地。本會近接該單位宣傳鼓勵會員提供發明專利資料在該月刊發表，尋找合作發展商機，每月優惠費用
8 仟元人民幣，如有 2-3 人共同分擔費用刊登，更合經濟原則，有意者可與本會接洽。
(六) 本會將改選新一屆理監事的工作，現在籌備中，將另函通知。
